Ø      Code of Conduct                   
                  
Bromley Heath Football Club insists that all players, parents and spectators adhere to the following code of conduct:

Never lose your temper or self control
Never show retaliation
Never get involved in matters that do not concern you
Never copy bad habits of others

Spitting, swearing and fighting will not be tolerated at any time


Never fail to respect the authority of referees, don’t argue with a referee or linesman regarding a decision. Failure to control your emotions can result in the incident being reported by the referee to the Gloucestershire Football Association. Substantial fines can be imposed and the Club banned from playing football at all ages until the fine is paid.


Parent / Carer Discipline and Behaviour 
Support the players by offering praise whenever possible.
Foul and abusive language will not be tolerated.
If a parent is cautioned or sent off during a match and subsequently fined by the GFA, the Club will expect the parent to reimburse the amount that has been imposed.
Failure to observe an acceptable standard of behaviour may result in your son membership being terminated with the Club.


Code of Conduct for Coaches
Coaches are key to the establishment of ethics in football, and their attitude directly affects the behaviour of players.
Coaches must respect the rights, dignity and worth of each and every person and treat them equally.
Coaches must place the well being and safety of each player above all other considerations
Coaches must develop an appropriate working relationship with each player based on mutual trust and respect, and ensure that the activities are appropriate for the age, maturity, experience and ability of players.
Coaches should clarify what is expected of the players and encourage them to take responsibility for their actions.
Coaches must adhere to all guidelines laid down by the relevant bodies and promote the positive aspects of the sport.
Coaches must consistently display high standards of behaviour and appearance and must never use inappropriate language.


All Players, Parents,

Coaches and Committee members should at all times be working towards a common goal of  upholding the good name of Bromley Heath Football Club, and by supporting it in it's aim to give loyalty and commitment in return of the same to achieve success.
